We are offering a unique opportunity to rent Vivenda dos Sonhos for a period of 1 month or more from December 22th 2010 to April 10th 2010. For personal reasons we are able to offer our home in the Western Algarve this year only for a long term winter let during the winter/spring of 2010.
Vivenda dos Sonhos is a spacious & confortable residence which would suit a discerning tenant wishing to sample overwintering in the Algarve without compromising their standards of comfort. Vivenda dos Sonhos. The monthly rent is £1000 per 30 day month. There is in addition a £500 setup charge, irrespective of the duration of the let. The rental is broadly inclusive (reasonable use of gas, logs, water & electricity, wireless broadband, satellite TV, weekly maid, gardener, pool cleaning, building insurance & rates). Additional days are charged pro-rata on the monthly rent.
Casinha dos Sonhos can be rented on a per week basis for £150/week or pro rata for continuous periods over a week. Casinha dos Sonhos is not available for rental separately.

This is a very special villa, enjoying a fantastic unspoilt location in its own grounds of over 5 acres (20,000m2). It is also normally our home for the winter months & so you can be assured it is equipped with every modern facility, including automatic air conditioning/heating, private pool, free broadband & guest computer for convenient internet access.
